Animals, Inc. : A Great Parable Ever :P

You know, i don't really like business, but now i found it interesting. Why? Because of this book :) titled Animals, Inc. by Kenneth A. Tucker and Vandana Allman. This book tells a story about a farm which being managed by its livestocks exist :)

So, they have their President (a pig), Deputy of Security (a scarecrow), Productions (produce eggs, milk, etc., ran by chickens, horses, cows, etc.) and other positions. They were facing lots of difficulties. And Mo, the President, learned how to do business only by reading a book (genius pig, i may say :P). They have competitor named Briggs ( ahuman :D), who tried to buy the farm but he couldn't. Cause those animals don't want to sell it.

It contains lots of things from which i learned lots of things about management, business and also ... life :P Lots of beautiful words. Like "it's not the matter of the failures we have, but it's a matter of how we manage it" (something like that). I also learned about to do our interest, it's not always considering on our interest only, but also considering our natural ability :) *there's a part in which a crow should guard the field full of seed. instead of guarding it, the crow ate most of the seeds :P. Or a scarecrow who had an outstanding grade in production theory, but in fact he couldn't produce a single egg :D*

It's a great book, you should read it ;) It's fun, really ;)

Is this book the same as george orwell's animal farm? which one published first? animal farm was first published in 1945 and now you can read them online at http://www.online-literature.com/orwell/animalfarm/

Animal Farm is more like a political book and I guess Animal Inc is a business book, isn't it?
